If you would be so kind.... Had only checked back periodically to find few updates. Was wondering if you were holed up in a parking garage with your stationary trainer building arms and shoulders to bear the brunt of what life throws at you. Or just on a drinking binge...kidding..

Not a big poster myself, by I, like the rest of the world, has some comment about what everyone has to say:)
